John Colyer founded CreativeInsuranceConsultants as an independent brokerage in April 1990. Russ Elliott joined forces shortly thereafter. John is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati and a U.S. Army veteran. Russ is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati with an MBA from Xavier University and a U.S. Marine Corps veteran.
